Ballet Class Terms and Conditions

Ballet classes run mid-September through May. Starting the week of September 14th for the 2025/2026 season.

A non-refundable $20 registration fee is required. It will be applied to your season cost.

Tuition is charged by the entire season.

It can be paid IN FULL or MONTHLY

Tuition will be charged monthly if not specified by payer.

Payments can be made by check, cash, or credit card at the studio.

If paid monthly, tuition is due the 1st class of the month for each participant.

Payments later than 30 days will be subject to penalty fees.

Payments made 90 days past due may result in further action and student will no longer be allowed to participate.

Costume price is NOT included in the monthly tuition.

Costume payment is due November 1st.

No discounts for classes missed by student.

No discounts for vacation weeks, short months, or classes canceled due to inclement weather or illnesses.

Costume must be paid for in full in order to receive said costume.

Tuition and costume payment must be completed in order for student to participate in yearend recital performance.

Vacation weeks to be determined.

If classes are canceled due to inclement weather or (teacher) illness, a make-up class may be scheduled, depending on availability.

Extra classes may be scheduled closer to the recital date. These classes are included in the tuition.

Students are expected to arrive 5 minutes before class in order to put on their shoes and be ready to participate on time.

All parents must sign a liability waiver before a student will be allowed to participate.

Occasionally photos may be taken for advertising purposes. They may be used on our website and social media pages. You may opt out of this.

Recital information such as: location, date, and time will be provided to you as soon as it's available.
